Kristina’s association with Summit Sotheby's International Realty came in 2021 after previously working alongside the Vice Presidents at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in Mclean, VA. Kristina comes from a family of Real Estate entrepreneurs, developing and selling over 1,500 homes in Northern Virginia. Knowledge, experience, and passion have been passed proudly from one generation to the next in the Batal family. She provides a new and fresh perspective backed by a solid foundation of market knowledge. Kristina is committed to constant improvement, driving teamwork and success, and understanding the evolution of the industry. She recognizes and values the trust her clients' place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations.

Kristina will help you turn your house into a home, and with an extensive background and degree in Fashion Merchandising, has an excellent eye for design and interiors. Passionate about the rapidly expanding market in Utah, Kristina moved to Salt Lake City and frequently spends time in Liberty, Utah. Outside of the office – she owns a Vintage Bridal Studio on 8th & 8th enjoys cooking for friends and family, world travel, snowboarding as well as surfing in Topsail, North Carolina and Sayulita, Mexico.
